Book week

Every year across Australia, The Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) brings children and books together celebrating children's book week.

Generally,  the book of the year winner's announcement is always on the third Friday in August, and the children's book week commences the following week. During this exciting time, our school will celebrate Australian children's literature.

We encourage children to read and participate in the book character parade and other fun book week activities and excursions.
